In working condition, it will perform cutting motion, so it is called a cutting ring. The service life of eyeglass plates and cutting rings varies greatly, ranging from 4000 cubic meters to 150000 cubic meters. According to our analysis of the use of concrete pumps over the years, there are several reasons that affect the service life of the eyeglass plate and cutting ring. Firstly, the gap between the eyeglass plate and cutting ring is too large, which reduces the service life. The pre tightening force of the cutting ring presses it tightly onto the eyeglass plate. During pumping, mortar will not be able to enter, and the wear of the eyeglass plate will occur on the entire surface, with uniform wear and a longer lifespan. Usually, the wear of the cutting ring occurs at the edge of the cutting ring. If we can adjust the direction of the cutting ring in a timely manner to make the edge wear more evenly, the service life of the cutting ring will be doubled. Secondly, there are differences in the concrete pumped during construction. In general, when the ratio of tailings is reasonable, the service life of the eyeglass plate and cutting ring will be longer. Thirdly, there are differences in pumping conditions among different construction sites. Under the conditions of high height and long distance, when pumping concrete, the back pressure of the eyeglass plate and cutting ring is relatively high, so its service life is shorter. Therefore, after the filling industrial pump has been working for a period of time, the direction of the cutting ring should be adjusted in a timely manner, and the special-shaped nut should be tightened, which is beneficial for extending the service life of the eyeglass plate and cutting ring.眼镜板,又名耐磨板,是混凝土泵的重要零部件之一,形状酷似眼镜板,所以称之为眼镜板。目前常用碳化钨、高铬合金铸铁、合金陶瓷、硬质合金等材制来制作。 切割环°,又名耐磨环,同样是充填工业泵的重要零件,呈像圆环状。在工作状态下会做剪切运动,所以称之为切割环。目前常用碳化钨、高铬合金铸铁、合金陶瓷、硬质合金等材制来制作。 眼镜板、切割环的使用寿命相差极大,其使用寿命也从4千立方到15万立方不等。根据我司多年以来对混凝土输送泵使用情况的分析,影响眼镜板、切割环的使用寿命的原因有以下几个方面: 建工 其一,眼镜板、切割环的间隙过大导致使用寿命降低。切割环的预紧力使其紧压在眼镜板上。泵送时,砂浆将无法进入,眼镜板的磨损发生在整个平面上,磨损均匀、其寿命较长。而通常情况下,切割环的磨损发生在切割环的边沿,如果我们能及时调整切割环的方向,使边沿磨损均匀一些,那么切割环的使用寿命将延长一倍。 其二,泵送施工时所泵送的混凝土的差异。一般情况下,尾砂的配比比较合理时,眼镜板、切割环的使用寿命会长一些。 其三,各工地泵送情况的差异。高度高、距离远的条件下泵送混凝土°,眼镜板与切割环的背压较大,所以其寿命要短些。 因此,在充填工业泵工作一段时间后,应及时调整切割环的方向,拧紧异型螺母,这样有利于延长眼镜板和切割环的使用寿命。
