Product Overview
Efficient mixing tank is a specially designed mixing equipment for forcing the slurry to circulate up and down in the tank. working principle
The working principle of an efficient mixing tank is based on the slurry being discharged axially from the lower end of the impeller under the rotating action of the blade impeller, forming negative pressure in the impeller chamber, and promoting the slurry to flow into the impeller chamber from above for replenishment. At the same time, under the guiding effect of the stabilizing plate, the slurry forms a vertical circulation flow with the center downward and the periphery upward in the tank. When the upward flow velocity of the slurry is greater than the settling velocity of the mineral particles, the mineral particles in the slurry are in a suspended state and maintain a uniform concentration.
