Working principle of industrial filling pump
The filling industrial pump mainly uses centrifugal force and the action of the impeller to push the liquid out. When the motor drives the shaft to rotate, the impeller on the shaft also rotates accordingly. During the rotation process, the centrifugal force acting on the impeller draws liquid into the pump body from the inlet, and then pushes the liquid towards the outlet through the rotation of the impeller. The specific work process is as follows:

Inhalation of liquid
After the motor starts, the shaft begins to rotate and the impeller also rotates accordingly. As the impeller rotates, the liquid is subjected to centrifugal force and sucked into the pump body. The suction of liquid mainly relies on the negative pressure at the inlet of the pump.

Transport liquids
When the liquid is sucked into the pump body, it will be pushed towards the outlet of the pump body through the rotation of the impeller.

Discharge liquid
When the liquid is pushed to the outlet, it is transported to the place where it needs to be conveyed through the pipeline at the outlet. This process is accomplished through the pressure at the outlet of the pump.
