充填采矿法
Add Time:2025-01-18
The filling mining method is mainly divided into three types: dry filling mining method, water sand filling mining method, and cemented filling mining method.

These three mining methods are all mining methods that involve filling the goaf with filling materials while accompanying mining, transportation, and other operations. The purpose of filling is to support the two sides of rocks in the goaf and create a foundation for continued layered mining on top. They each have different characteristics and applicable scenarios:
Heyu Heavy Industry | Filling Pump | Filling Industrial Pump | Industrial Filling Pump | Mining Tailings Paste Filling Industrial Pump | S-Valve Cone Valve Industrial Filling Pump | HGBS Series Filling Industrial Pump | Deep Cone Thickener | Filling Mixing Bucket | Filling Double Axis Horizontal Mixer | Mining Filling and Mining | Mining Paste Filling Equipment | Mining Concrete Pump | Mining Wet Spray Machine
Dry filling mining method: It is a process of transporting dry filling materials such as excavated waste rock to the site to be filled using transportation equipment. But due to its low efficiency, low production capacity, and high labor intensity, it has gradually been phased out.
Water sand filling mining method: It is a process of adding water to the filling aggregate to make a low concentration mortar, and using pipelines, chutes, boreholes, etc. to transport it by gravity to the filling site for filling. After being filled into the goaf, the filling material remains in the goaf and water infiltrates out for 5 hours.
Cementitious filling mining method: It is a process of mixing cementitious materials (usually cement), aggregates, and water to form a highly concentrated slurry, which is transported by gravity or pressure through drilling or pipelines to the site to be filled for filling. After a certain period of curing, the cement mortar filled into the mining site becomes a solidified body to control the ground pressure.
Overall, each of these three backfill mining methods has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the choice of method depends on specific mining conditions and requirements.
