  The requirements of environmental protection and safety production have led to an increasing emphasis on tailings treatment and filling technology. In the EPC mode, the project needs to comprehensively consider multiple aspects such as design, procurement, and construction. The project requires the use of a series of mechanical equipment to achieve tailings treatment and filling. These devices play a crucial role in the project, effectively reducing the impact of tailings on the environment and improving resource utilization. Crushing equipment: Tailings need to be crushed before filling to achieve the appropriate particle size requirements. Crushing equipment includes jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, etc. Select suitable crushing equipment based on project scale and tailings properties, and ensure its crushing efficiency and stability.

Transportation equipment: The transportation of tailings is the link connecting various links, and the transportation equipment includes belt conveyors, chain conveyors, bucket elevators, etc. These devices need to meet the requirements of tailings transportation volume, transportation distance, and transportation conditions to ensure efficient and safe transportation of tailings.


Storage device: Tailings need to be stored before filling for subsequent use. Storage equipment includes tailings ponds, tailings silos, etc. These devices need to have good sealing and stability to ensure that tailings do not leak or contaminate during storage.

Filling equipment: It is a key device for realizing tailings filling, including filling drilling machines, filling pipelines, filling pumps, etc. These devices need to be selected and configured according to the requirements of the filling method and filling materials to ensure the filling effect and quality.

Environmental protection equipment: During the tailings treatment and filling process, pollutants such as noise and dust are generated, and corresponding environmental protection equipment needs to be equipped for treatment. Environmental protection equipment includes dust collectors, mufflers, wastewater treatment equipment, etc. These devices need to comply with environmental regulations to ensure that the project's impact on the environment is minimized.

Monitoring equipment: To ensure the safety and stability of the tailings treatment and filling process, corresponding monitoring equipment is required. Monitoring equipment includes tailings particle size analyzer, flow monitor, pressure monitor, etc. These devices are capable of real-time monitoring of various parameters during the tailings processing and filling process, providing data support for project management and decision-making.
